We are experiencing high volumes of e-mails. While we are working to do our BEST to get to your inquiry, please read below as our FAQ will cover a vast majority the questions you have. If you still have not received an answer, please wait patiently.

I have an expired voucher! What can I do about it?
If you have missed the deadline to redeem your promotional code: Per our policy for expired vouchers, we’re accepting the original value paid as the face value or your voucher does not expire until the event day. The amount paid can be used towards registrations costs, you just have to pay the difference. You can register at packet pickup or on race-day.

The alternative is you can NOT pay anything, come to packet pick-up and get a race bib (so you can still run the event and enjoy the experience) However, you won’t get a t-shirt, glow items, or anything else as those have already been ordered and reserved for people who registered. In order to get your bib, you must bring your voucher and an ID.

There are NO exceptions to this.

I tried entering multiple codes and/or my code is still valid. I’m just having issues with it on Active.com.
If your code is still valid and you are just having issues redeeming it – follow these instructions CAREFULLY or you may NOT receive a timely response.
1. E-mail us again with subject: CODE NOT WORKING – (City, Voucher #)
2. We will confirm your voucher and figure out the issue so we can send you a new code to use.

Can I pick-up a packet for my friend or on race-day?
Packet pickup information will be emailed to you at the beginning of the week of the race. But yes, you may. Bring a copy of their ID’s and/or their confirmation e-mail from Active.com. Visit our website http://www.theraverun.com and select your city for more details on location and times of packet pickup.
If you’re unable to make it to packet pickup, you may also pickup your packet at race-day. However, a shirt and glow items CANNOT be guaranteed on race-day. It will be available on a first come, first serve basis. We order about 20% more than what we have registered. However, supply still runs out time to time when people register last minute.
I can’t make it anymore to the race. Can I get a refund or transfer my bib to somebody else?
The answer is no. There are no exceptions as per your agreement to our no refund policy when you registered through Active.com.

Can I still sign-up as a team?
No, unfortunately you would have had to do that when you registered. However, it really makes no difference other than the team captain knowing how many people are signed up and also for the $5.00 discount per team member.
